Presentation - End of Pre-production

Presentation:

I produced the presentation apart from the individual slides. The presentation went well, the structure was good, introducing the game and premise on the slides and then swapping to the game and then going through our individual slides.

Next time would change it slightly so we show production of the game and process from concept art into game, then show our personal slides. However the way we did helped us talk through our own work.

I produced my individual slide first for others to base their slides around for continuity.

The presentation went well, gave us a lot of feedback on scope of the project. Unfortunately the game did have a large bug on show day. We planned to make a demo of the game a week before but we wanted to show new features and the game had been working perfectly.

Also not all the features for example music where not able to get into the game in-time due to mine and Joe's decision to focus on the climbing that week. Proper planning ahead and leaving extra time to a working build would help.

The presentation:

I setup a spreadsheet/ gnatt chart to plan in the features we hoped to produce in the future. After the feedback about project scope alot of these features are different now and I will be producing a new gnatt chart.

The group helped fill in what they hopped to produce in the future.

Project Brief:

I produce a basic project charter as-well. I hope to improve going forwards to help improve teamwork and remind us what goals we hope to reach in the project and what risk to avoid.
