A short explanation


I just wanted to take a bit of time to talk about the game and it's mechanics.

In the tutorial area mechanics are introduced, for further use and implementation later on in the game, these are all very simple but open a lot of opportunity. The mechanics and puzzles also each follow a difficulty curve, so that they can be designed to get more complex or intense as the game player progresses through the game.

The bird boss has 3 stages, going from being passive and avoiding, to avoiding yet thinking about what to do, and then thinking about what to do and actively facing the bird. Turning around the battle as it progresses, and also increasing in intensity and player interaction.


I feel as though although there is still a way to go, balancing and what has been included so far works well and give s a lot of potential for the future of the game.
